All school supplies are still available for purchase. These are the forms and procedures for disbursements and tax exemption.

Disbursement Form - You can fill the form within Adobe Acrobat or print it. Complete all fields with accurate information.

Tax Exemption Certificate - Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.

All cash must be counted by two people other than the treasurer and documented in this Itemized Cash form in Excel and in PDF. Please submit the form WITH the cash to the treasurer.

Deposit Check Record form in Excel and PDF, which you use to list checks that are being deposited.

There are two forms that must be completed for you to be able to volunteer. To volunteer, please go to http://www.pisd.edu/about.us/partners.volunteers/volunteer.application.shtml and click on “Volunteer Application” then “New Volunteer.” Be sure to have your pop-up blocker turned OFF otherwise you can’t access the information. If you have any problems online, contact the PISD Technical Support at 469-752-2183.

There is a Volunteer Packet in the Renner office with information about becoming a volunteer and a Volunteer Interest Form so we know which area you are interested in working. For volunteer questions, contact volunteers@rennerpta.org.

It’s not too late to join the other 1000+ members of the Renner PTA. We still have room for many, many more. All adults are welcome to join parents, grandparents, guardians, aunts, uncles and friends. For a low yearly cost, you can make a difference and help with making school a ‘Passport to Achievement’ for all children. Everyone is a winner with the PTA!

With your help, the Renner PTA, Texas PTA and National PTA are working hard on behalf of our children and youth. Your membership fee includes dues for all of these, plus allows you to receive a free copy of the Renner Student Directory. This directory contains grade lists, teacher listings, family listings and other helpful information for the school and community. The PTA also provides the agendas for every student at Renner, which gives you another benefit for the dues you are paying.

If you have not already joined, there’s still time. Family (2 adult) memberships are just $18.00 and a Single membership is only $15.00. Remember this includes a copy of the Renner Student Directory. We’d like to order a copy for your family. To join, pick up a Renner Middle School PTA Membership & Student Directory Information form in the front office, and return it with your check payable to the Renner PTA.
